Cold-pressed macadamia nut oil is a rare and highly valuable product obtained by mechanically pressing macadamia nut kernels at low temperatures not exceeding 40 °C. This method helps preserve natural antioxidants, vitamin E, monounsaturated fatty acids, and other biologically active compounds that could degrade when exposed to heat.

Cold-pressed macadamia nut oil is especially prized for its high concentration of oleic acid (Omega‑9) and palmitoleic acid (Omega‑7), which support heart and vascular health while nourishing and protecting the skin. It is rich in vitamin E, a natural antioxidant. The oil has a mild, pleasant nutty aroma, making it suitable for both culinary and cosmetic use.
