Delivery Terms

Customers can receive their orders throughout Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania via OMNIVA parcel terminals.
When making a purchase, you will have the option to select the nearest OMNIVA terminal where you wish to receive your order.

Delivery Fees and Conditions

  • OMNIVA parcel terminals in Latvia: €3 (VAT included*)

  • OMNIVA parcel terminals in Lithuania and Estonia: €5 (VAT included*)

  • Free delivery for orders over €50 (VAT included*) only within Latvia

If you wish to arrange alternative delivery options, such as pickup at our location in Riga, Piedrujas Street 11, delivery to your workplace or home, or shipping abroad, please contact us at [email protected], call, or send a WhatsApp message to +371 26511368.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment is received. You will receive an email notification with the exact dispatch date.
Once your order arrives at the selected parcel terminal, you will receive a notification from OMNIVA with the access code on your mobile phone.

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock at the time of ordering, please contact us at [email protected], and we will inform you when it becomes available again.

Distance Contract

In this online store, the seller of the goods, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following agreement:

  • The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer according to the Buyer’s order.

Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

  • The Buyer places an order through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods.

  • Payment can be made using the online payment tools integrated into the store or by paying the invoice sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller.

  • The Seller will provide a withdrawal form via email upon the Buyer’s request.

  • The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the withdrawal notice.

  • All costs associated with returning the goods are covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, spoil quickly, or are intended for immediate consumption;

  • The goods are made specifically for the Buyer based on a custom order;

  • According to Article 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.”

  • The Seller reserves the right to refuse withdrawal or deduct compensation if the goods are damaged, negligently used, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By providing the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their data will be used to process the order and deliver the goods in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
By providing this information, the Buyer also agrees that notifications related to order processing may be sent to the specified email address.
